Pico de Gallo Sauce
Every time I fix Pico de Gallo hot sauce at home, I remember my jungle safari. I learned it from watching a lady in the market. It's not that hard to make. Here's all you need: 2 Roma Tomatoes 1/2 Onion Cilantro-Part of a sprig 1/4 Jalapeņo Pepper 3 limes Salt-Not Much Finely chop the two tomatoes first, then add the little dices of onion to get a good mixture of color. Then add the Cilantro to taste, diced Jalapeņo Pepper(not too much), then the juice of the 3 limes, and a half teaspoon of salt. (When not in use during meals, cover with foil or wax paper and keep it in the fridge. It should be fresh for several days.) |
